On February 10th, 2024 Old Pueblo CrossFit will be hosting Battle Of The Boxes VIII! This will be a team competition that will include Male + Male, Male + Female and Female + Female.

Event starts at 8am and goes until 4pm. Check-in will be available the day before during normal business hours and Saturday morning from 6:30am to 7:30am.

WOD 2 – Head Over Heels

WOD 3 – ups and downs

final 4 only – grip and rip
