At Old Pueblo CrossFit, we offer a variety of classes to meet your goals and keep fitness fun!

Body Building and Physique

Body Building; not the enemy of CrossFit as some may think! This program is designed for a self-paced workout where you work on lifts to shape and strengthen your body with hypertrophy training.  In this class you will do movements traditionally seen in the gym like bicep curls, tricep extensions, cable kickbacks and hip thrusters along with some of our favorite strength lifts such as back squats, dead lifts and strict pull ups. 

CrossFit

CrossFit is a combination program designed to give you athletic results and the confidence to take on the daily tasks of your life. From ordinary to physically demanding jobs, fitness events, or competitions whether they are CrossFit related or not! Our classes are a highly effective exercise program guided by individual coaching in a group setting to help our athletes get the most out of their workout. Our coaches are here to help our athletes understand the movements and perform them in a safe and effective way each and every class. Classes run as a group through the warmup, skill movements, workout standards, proper loading, and expectations. Because of the variety, people who try CrossFit are often surprised at the fun and rewarding feeling of achieving things they had never previously tried or even thought possible. We are here to guide you to be the best version of yourself and keep you fit and healthy for years to come.

Youth Gymnastics & Weightlifting

A program designed to improve confidence, strength, body awareness, and sports performance! Learn skills for gymnastics basic shapes and how to build it into movements for push-ups, handstand work, pull ups and toes to bar. Kids will also get the foundational weightlifting techniques for squats, overhead press, deadlift, and cleans. Ages 8-13 (6 week program. April 2nd-May 9th).

Kickboxing

A one hour movement-packed class where you’ll learn basic to advanced punching, kicking, elbows, and knees for an effective full body workout full of fight relevant skills and fun. Participants must have their own gloves and hand wraps. We have some available for purchase onsite. 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A one hour class of instruction for positioning and take down techniques. Includes warmup, breakdown, and drilling of movements, positions, submissions, and escapes followed by live rolling. Skills learned in this environment are applicable to competitive Jiu Jitsu, MMA and tactical skill for police and military.
