WOD 1 – Freight Train

WOD 1 FREIGHT TRAIN
-Any style clean is permitted, as long as athlete takes the bar from the ground and stands fully with both feet underneath at the top of each rep.
– Only 1 person working at a time.
– Must alternate complete rounds
– Step overs allowed for Scaled as long as both feet touch the box.
– Athletes may help each other change weights. Must use clips.

WOD 2 – Devil’s Spit

WOD 2 DEVIL’S SPIT
-Athlete 1 will complete the full WOD then Athlete 2 will complete the full WOD.
– Only 1 Athlete working at a time.
– Time cap is for BOTH athletes to complete the full workout.
– RX must jump over the bar, 2 foot jump, NO staggered jumping.
– Scaled may step Over the Bar.
